Processing Time

All orders are shipped from our store in Houston, TX, within 1 - 7 business days[monday - friday]. We strive for and will do our best to achieve an even faster turnaround time—if order is placed the same day, we will be able to ship your order the same day.  

Estimated Shipping Time

Once your order has left our location, it should arrive within 2-5 days to U.S. addresses, and about 1 - 5 weeks for international shipping depending on what shipping method you choose at checkout.

Shipping Address

Buyers are to provide an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.

If what you order is going to a different address other than the buyer's address, the address will be changed at check out.   Or, email us with your order number and the correct shipping address at fedaniele2010@gmail.com, or,  You place your call within 24 hours of placing your order to change your address. If we already shipped before you contact us, the address change will not be implemented

There is no guarantee for refund or replacement  for an item delivered to the wrong shipping address the buyer had given at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Fedaniele is not responsible for delays due to customs and import taxes.it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to take care of taxes that may apply.

All sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Issues with Item 

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately via email. Customers have 24 hours after their order was delivered to inspect their package and contact us regarding issues with their order. If we are not contacted within 24 hours of receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve the issue.

Condition of the Item: Customers are to return the item in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags attached. 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, and any other items for which return or exchange is noted as not being supported on the product page.

Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged. In addition, order cancellation for customized items is not supported.

 

Damaged Items 

If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged in shipping, we are happy to send you a replacement. Please reach out to us at fedaniele2010@gmail.com to get a replacement order set up! Please include a photo of the item you received and any damage to your order with your email.

Exchanges/Replacement

Unfortunately, we cannot cover replacements for items damaged or broken after delivery.

Cancellation

To cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel your order.

If, for any reason there should be a refund, Refunds will be processed to the payment method used for the original order. Refunds will take 3-5 business days to be reflected on your original payment method.

Clearance, final sale, and grab bag orders are ineligible for return or exchange.
